We are transitioning to internalizing clinical practice support functions to support this further growth.\nGeneral Description:\nThe Accounts Payable II representative will report to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for the full life cycle of the accounts payable process. \nResponsibilities:\nManage vendor/provider onboarding process, including email communications, system setup, and onboarding assistance\nReview, process, and audit invoices for accuracy, verify invoice information and general ledger account coding of invoices\nManage master 1099 provider listing ensuring all provider contract and amendment terms are captured\nCommunicate with EAM personnel and vendors via phone, email and in person\nManage accounts payable general mailbox\nWork with various company systems to research invoice discrepancies and invoice issues to ensure timely payment of invoices\nManage third party vendor responsible for submitting and coding invoices\nMeet deadlines and goals defined by Leaders\nUse problem solving skills to resolve AP workflow issues\nWork closely with vendors and contractors to resolve issues, past dues, and/or disputes in a timely manner\nMonitor and process workflow queues in a timely manner\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects by assisting with testing and providing feedback to Leadership\nProactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.\nResponsible for posting payments\nManage reconciliation of accounts\nReview and process requested internal customer reports\nProactively manage aging and cash needs\nComplete and distribute annual 1099 tax forms.\nCore Competencies:\nCompetent in required job skills and knowledge.
