We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to fill the role of Talant Acquisition Coordinator. This full-time, 1st Shift position is based on site in Simpsonville, SC, and offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a culture built on quality, integrity, and teamwork.\nThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide support for hiring our workforce that will include coordinating and assisting with sourcing and evaluating talent for positions across the organization.\nSupport the C.A.R.E values of the organization.\nReview resumes and identify strong candidates\nConduct initial screening interviews\nOrganize, schedule and conduct onsite interviews\nCoordinate participation in career fairs\nSource for potential candidates\nDevelop job postings\nCreate offer letters\nCoordinate new hire orientation\nResponsible for the onboarding of new employees\nProvides support by planning and strategizing future workforce needs\nEdit and create job descriptions as required\nSupport with other HR projects as required\nRequirements\nAssociate degree in human resource or related field preferred\n1-3 years of human resource or talent acquisition experience required\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities\nStrong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nExcellent communication skills across all levels of the organization\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management\nWorking Relationship\nCommunication is required across all levels of the organization- executive team, other functional leaders, subordinates, and production floor workers. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works under the immediate supervision of the HR Manager.\nPhysical Requirements\n· Position requires constant physical effort both inside and outside of an air-conditioned environment.\n· Must be able to lift/move in excess of 50 lbs. at a time\n· Stand, walk, stoop, and perform motions for an extended period of time.\nPosition Type/ Expected Hours of Work\nThis is a full-time onsite position; days and hours of work may vary depending on business demands.\n Safety\nThis position expects to adhere to all safety rules to include the use of all required protective personal equipment (PPE).
