This full-time, Day shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) position is based in Mifflintown, PA, and offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a culture built on quality, integrity, and teamwork.\nThe primary responsibilities of the Team Lead position is to assist the department supervisor in the efficient flow, tracking, quality, paperwork and all related processes and timely delivery of product.\nSupport the CARE values of the organization\nCommit to producing a quality product for our customers.\nLead the designated team in their daily work and based off of supervisor guidance\nHave skill and ability to work the line in any area needed based on production needs\nHave the ability to set up and operate any machine in the outlined processes\nAssist in training and development of team members\nGeneral product knowledge for all parts build in the outlines process\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required;\nAt least two years of related experience preferred\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nWorking Relationship\nCommunication is required across all levels of the organization- executive team, other functional leaders, subordinates and production floor workers. The team lead works under the immediate supervision of the Department Supervisor.\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to lift/move in excess of 50 lbs. at a time \nStand, walk, stoop, and perform motions for an extended period\nPPE\nSafety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes at all times while on the production floor.\nSafety\nThis position expects to adhere to all safety rules to include the use of all require protective personal equipment (PPE).
