Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.\nYour role\nThe Application Engineer is responsible for planning, conducting, and coordinating complex tests, providing technical 2nd level support, supporting the sales department, and serving as a central interface between our customers and internal departments. International travel is required.\nMain responsibilities:\nIndependent planning, execution, documentation and analysis of individual tests to validate new products.\nInvestigation of complex issues, including the necessary troubleshooting.\nDerivation of optimization measures and recommendations, e.g., release/block decisions, design changes, or process improvements.\nDrive company-wide product standardization in close alignment with the global AE organization.\nPrepare and conduct customer demonstrations and machine acceptances.\nSupport the service colleagues and customers with difficult and urgent machine problems.\nCreate and update documentation for Satisloh technicians and customers.\nEnsure regular communication with key accounts and represent customer interests within our company.
