Discover more by following us on LinkedIn!\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nGENERAL FUNCTION\nThe Continuous Improvement Coordinator supports the implementation and sustainment of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the facility. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, facilitate problem-solving activities, and support the development of standardized work and visual management systems. The Continuous Improvement Coordinator helps drive operational excellence, promotes employee engagement in continuous improvement efforts, and shares best practices\nMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport the planning, execution, and sustainment of Continuous Improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity improvements.\nHelp facilitate and coordinate the High Performance Team (HPT) program, including project tracking, team engagement activities, and recognition initiatives.\nPlan, perform, monitor, and follow up on Layered Process Audits (LPAs) to ensure compliance with established standards and identify opportunities for improvement.\nSupport the implementation and sustainment of Shop Floor Management (SFM) processes, including visual management systems, KPI boards, action tracking, and daily accountability routines.\nConduct routine audits and assessments to verify adherence to standardized work, 5S practices, and operational procedures.\nCoordinate activities to ensure the facility remains tour-ready, including monitoring workplace organization, visual controls, housekeeping standards, and corrective actions.\nAssist cross-functional departments with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, problem-solving, waste reduction, and process improvement activities.\nOther duties, as assigned\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\n2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment\nComputer literate with proficiency in MS Office and other business systems.\nExcellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independent and collaborate in a team environment\nGreat flexibility, organizational, detail oriented and time management skills.\nCapable of coaching and influencing others.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nAdvanced or Bachelor’s degree preferred\nLean Six Sigma Knowledge, Training and/or Certifications\nPay Range: 23.74 - 33.61\nThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
