Discover more by following us on LinkedIn!\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nGENERAL FUNCTION\nThe Distribution Clerk provides merchandise that is stored in the Distribution Center for distribution to new and existing stores.\nMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nReceives incoming merchandise/product.\nProcesses merchandise/product per the established procedures.\nStocks merchandise/product to the appropriate location.\nPicks merchandise per the established procedures and replenishment schedule.\nPrepares merchandise/product for new stores.\nPrepares merchandise/product for shipment.\nCompletes projects as assigned by DC Supervisor and/or Manager.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\n1+ year(s) of executive experience\nExcellent mathematical aptitude/numerical recognition\nAbility to work flexible hours and overtime as requested by Supervisors/Manager\nAbility to communicate/cooperate with DC associates\nAbility to use material handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.)\nAbility to lift/carry up to 40 pounds\nAbility to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hours\nAbility to interact professionally with both corporate and non-corporate personnel\nPrior experience in distribution center/warehouse preferred\nOptical knowledge and/or worked in a production environment\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
