Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.\nENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB:\nWe are looking for an ESD Engineer who will support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control system within the manufacturing environment. The role will help ensure compliance with ESD standards, protect electronic components and products from electrostatic risks, and promote ESD awareness across production areas through audits, training and on-site support.\nAREAS OF RESONSIBILITIES:\nMaintain and continuously improve the ESD control system across production and quality areas.\nPlan, set up and deliver ESD training programs to strengthen awareness and compliance across teams.\nSupport the installation, maintenance and verification of ESD facilities, equipment and control measures.\nPerform compliance verification and measurement activities for ESD control items and protected areas.\nConduct on-site ESD audits, identify non-conformities and drive timely corrective actions.\nSupport production teams in solving ESD-related issues and preventing recurrence.\nCarry out incoming inspection and acceptance checks of ESD materials and related supplies.\nEnsure the correct use of ESD measuring instruments and maintain accurate inspection and audit records.\nWork closely with Quality, Production, Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure ESD requirements are effectively implemented.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing ESD risks and protecting smart eyewear electronic components.\nMAIN REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.\nFamiliarity with ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard and ESD control requirements in manufacturing environments.\nHands-on experience with ESD measuring instruments and ESD compliance verification activities.\nESD Engineer certification is preferred.\nUnderstanding of electrostatic discharge risks and protection measures for electronic products, components and assemblies.\nKnowledge of ESD facilities, protected areas, grounding, packaging, materials and control procedures.\nAbility to perform on-site audits, analyze non-conformities and follow up corrective actions.\nGood communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nGood level of English, including reading, writing and speaking.\nProactive, detail-oriented and hands-on approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement.\nRecruiting process\nOur recruitment process may vary; If you are selected, you will be contacted by our recruiters to guide you through the specific steps for your application.\nSalary Package:\nAnnual Gross Salary: 45.000 Eur - 60.000 Eur\nComprehensive Benefits Package:Supplementary Health insurance coverage\nSupplementary Pension Plan\nAccess to the EssilorLuxottica Corporate Welfare Catalogue\nCompany Canteen\nExclusive employee discounts on company products\nCompany-provided laptop and mobile phone\n\nWHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?\nIn EssilorLuxottica you have the feeling of being part of a “success story”, no matter where you work in the EssilorLuxottica world, you can really make an impact.\nAre you ready for this challenge?\nIf yes, we are waiting for you.\nOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
