In this role, you will support and lead engineering projects that span across global warehouses, with a focus on technology, automation, packaging, and process optimization. You will play a key part in ensuring operational excellence and in fostering the integration of logistics models in all EssilorLuxottica World.\nMain Responsibilities\nSupport the management and execution of international logistics engineering projects (technologies - ex. RFID, automation, packaging optimizations).\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data management, reporting, and analysis activities.\nIdentify and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency in existing logistics operations.\nSupport and promote the integration of logistics models, tools, and processes in EL world.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, external partners, and operational teams to drive project success.\nMain Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nExperience or familiarity with SAP and logistics-related data systems.\nFluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus.\nStrong curiosity, positive mindset, and a passion for innovation.\nHigh affinity with data analysis and performance metrics.\nInterest and knowledge in logistics, automation, and new technologies.\nWillingness to learn in a fast-paced and evolving environment.\nHigh level of commitment, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.\nExcellent communication skills and an independent, proactive working style.\nOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
