Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible!\nYour role\nWe are looking for a motivated, curious and detail-oriented candidate to join our Human Resources team at our Pederobba plant.\nAs an HR Administration Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in personnel administration processes, supporting the HR team in daily activities and developing your knowledge of HR operations, payroll processes and labor regulations.\nYou will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, collaborating with HR professionals and gaining valuable insights into the administrative management of employees.\nMain responsibilities:\nSupport daily HR administration activities, ensuring accurate management and updating of employee data and documentation.\nAssist in time and attendance management processes, including monitoring absences, leaves, holidays and overtime.\nSupport the preparation and verification of payroll-related data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal procedures.\nAssist in administrative activities related to social security, pension funds and employee benefits.\nSupport the HR team in managing personnel documentation and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.\nHelp maintain and update HR data within company systems, including SAP HCM.\nCollaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient daily HR administrative operations.\nMain requirements:\nYou are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related fields.\nYou have strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.\nYou have good analytical and problem-solving skills.\nYou are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\nKnowledge of SAP HCM is considered a plus.\nYou have good communication and interpersonal skills.\nYou are proactive, eager to learn and able to handle confidential information with discretion.\nYou are fluent in Italian and have a good knowledge of English.\nYou have 0-1 years of experience and are motivated to develop your career in Human Resources.\nWhat’s in it for you\nIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
