Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.\nYour role\nWe are looking for an HSE Manager responsible for coordinating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs at Lauriano plant, ensuring full compliance with regulations and alignment with company EHS strategy.\nThe role acts as the RSPP for the site and plays a key role in promoting a strong safety and sustainability culture, working closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams.\nMain responsabilities:\nImplement and drive EHS strategy in line with company standards and regulatory requirements\nEnsure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and reporting standards\nIdentify risks, conduct assessments, and implement mitigation and prevention plans\nLead incident management, including investigations and corrective actions\nDevelop and deliver EHS training and awareness programs across the site\nDrive sustainability initiatives (waste reduction, energy efficiency, emissions control)\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Maintenance, HR) and external bodies (auditors, authorities, contractors)\nAct as RSPP and ensure alignment with other sites and EMEA EHS function\nMain requirements:\nDegree in Engineering or EHS-related field\nCertified RSPP (mandatory)\nStrong knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance, and risk management\nExperience in ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (plus)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to lead EHS initiatives and influence stakeholders\nProject management and communication skills\nSustainability mindset\nFluent Italian and English\nWhat’s in it for you\nIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
