Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.\nENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB\nWe are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL).\nAs an Industrialization Enginerr you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards and manage the introduction of new products.\nMain responsibilities:\nDrive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders\nDrive unresolved problems to the appropriate groups, by working with technical office, quality, tooling engineering\nVerify the work cycle of the components using the data that came from the pre-series area\nVerify the accuracy of the bom \nVerification of correctness of work cycle declared by avanserie;\nVerification of correctness of the bill of materials;\nField inspection of workpieces by interfacing with: department head, shift leader, area manager, and quality department\nExecution of tests in the department \nInterface with shop floor for execution and validation of tests;\nInterface with UT for component design;\nVerification of eyeglass status transitions.\nPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE\nYou have a Degree in Engineering\nYou have at least 2 years of experience in a complex environment \nGood Knowledge of Ms Office \nYou have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you are proactive and inspire people to be proactive too!\nYou do not see problems, you just see solutions -
