In this role, you will own the execution of implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, solution design, and operational readiness. Acting as the primary point of coordination, you will work closely with customers, support, product, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.\nThis role is critical to the IED organization and the Satisloh Group product portfolio, ensuring that integrated solutions are deployed effectively, adopted successfully by customers, and deliver measurable operational value.\nThe scope of this role includes all IED software and system deployments, including Rx-Universe, MES-360, E-Ticket, Smart Conveyor II (with Conveyor Routing), A&R SPC, KPI Dashboard, and future solutions as they are introduced.\nCore Responsibilities\nImplementation & Delivery\nLead end-to-end implementation projects, including planning, configuration, deployment, go-live, and stabilization.\nManage timelines, deliverables, and customer readiness to ensure successful project execution.\nTranslate customer business requirements into technical implementation solutions.\nProvide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.\n\nCustomer Onboarding & Adoption\nLead customer onboarding activities for Integrated Solutions products.\nDeliver training for end users and customer IT teams.\nProvide documentation and guidance to support solution adoption and usage.\nSupport deployment validation and post-go-live stabilization following releases and system changes.\n\nTechnical Implementation\nConfigure and deploy Integrated Solutions software in customer environments.\nIdentify and resolve implementation issues, coordinating with support and development teams as required.\nMaintain strong knowledge of software products, integrations, and customer system environments.\nEnsure compliance with data security, system integrity, and applicable standards.\n\nProcess & Collaboration\nContribute to implementation procedures, templates, and knowledge base content.\nDrive continuous improvement of implementation processes based on lessons learned.\nEnsure effective handoff of deployed systems to support teams following go-live.\nCoordinate with internal teams, including support, development, sales, AE, and project management.\nRequired Skills & Knowledge\n\nTechnical Skills\nWindows Server fundamentals (2016-2022).\nSQL Server / PostgreSQL basics.\nNetworking fundamentals.\nExperience with enterprise software systems (MES or industrial systems preferred).\nProfessional Skills\nStrong troubleshooting mindset and problem-solving capabilities.\nClear communication with customers and cross-functional teams.\nOwnership and accountability for project delivery and outcomes.\nAbility to work under pressure in customer-facing environments.\nEducation & Experience\nDegree in engineering, IT, or related field preferred.\n3+ years in implementation, technical support, or IT systems roles.\nExperience with database-driven systems (e.g., SQL Server)
