Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.\nYour Role:\nWe are looking for a Maintenance Equipment Supervisor who will oversee the maintenance and repair of all production equipment and facility systems. This role ensures maximum equipment uptime, safety, and efficiency by leading a team of technicians, managing preventive maintenance programs, and coordinating with other departments.\nMain Responsibilities:\nSupervises daily maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks.\nLeads and schedules maintenance personnel to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.\nMaintains and updates the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders, assets, and parts.\nEnsures all maintenance work complies with safety, health, and environmental regulations.\nConducts root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive measures.\nCollaborates with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.\nMonitors performance indicators (e.g. Breakdown, Downtime, MTTR, MTBF, PM Compliance, etc).\nAssists in planning and implementing equipment upgrades or replacements.\nTrains and mentors maintenance technicians; identify skill gaps and provide development opportunities.\nManages spare parts inventory to minimize downtime while controlling costs.\nAssists in the preparation of the maintenance budget and track expenditures.\nA Portrait of a Suitable Candidate\n·Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial operations, or plant maintenance environment.\n·Minimum of 3 years of experience managing maintenance teams or leading skilled trades personnel.\n·Proficient in CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, eMaint, or MP2).\n·Experience maintaining conveyors, ovens, robotics, injection molding equipment, packaging, and taping machines.\n·Basic to intermediate knowledge of control systems, sensors, and PLCs.\n·Familiarity with industrial automation and networked equipment (e.g., Ethernet/IP, SCADA, and HMI).\n·Experience participating in equipment upgrades, facility expansions, or capital improvement projects.\n·Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.\nOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
