Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.\nYour role\nWe are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Systems professional to join our Sedico eyewear manufacturing plant and support the monitoring and governance of key initiatives contributing to budget achievement.\nIn this role, you will combine project management, financial analysis and manufacturing performance tracking, working closely with plant leadership, project owners and central controlling to turn operational data into clear and actionable business insights. You will also contribute to the development of performance scorecards and automated reporting tools to identify efficiency gaps, losses and improvement opportunities.\nMain responsibilities:\nMonitor the portfolio of projects supporting the Sedico plant budget, tracking progress, costs and financial impact.\n\nConsolidate project data and maintain accurate reporting, dashboards and performance updates\n\nSupport stakeholders in defining and validating project KPIs, ensuring data quality and consistency\n\nIdentify risks, roadblocks and improvement opportunities affecting budget and operational performance\n\nSupport the development and ongoing management of operator scorecards and automated loss analysis\n\nCollaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Finance and Operations to translate operational performance into measurable business outcomes.\n\nMain requirements:\n1-4 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial/project controlling, project management or similar roles.\nMaster’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field.\nGood understanding of budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis and manufacturing economics.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, labor efficiency, scrap and operational losses.\nStrong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.\nKnowledge of SAP and/or MES and a good project management mindset are considered an advantage.\nStrong communication skills, proactive approach and ability to work effectively across different functions.\nSalary Package:\nAnnual Gross Salary: 38.000 Eur - 40.000 Eur\nComprehensive Benefits Package:Supplementary Health insurance coverage\nSupplementary Pension Plan\nAccess to the EssilorLuxottica Corporate Welfare Catalog\nFree Canteen\nExclusive employee discounts on company products\nCompany-provided laptop and mobile phone\n\nRecruiting process\nOur recruitment process may vary; If you are selected, you will be contacted by our recruiters to guide you through the specific steps for your application.\nOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
