We also supply coatings, inks, inserts and other innovative products to customers throughout the world.\nOur team members bring our mission to life each and every day by helping people see a brighter world.\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nGENERAL FUNCTION\nPerform a variety of duties related to lens manufacturing. \nAs a member of a high performance team, you will be responsible for a variety of jobs. As the team progresses, you, along with your team members will be a key decision maker in the operation of your part of the business.\nMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssist in the production of ophthalmic lenses, which includes, degating, inspection, inking, and packaging.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nJob experience will be considered in place of a high school diploma or GED.\nThe ability to pass an eye exam.\nManual dexterity.\nA mix of standing and sitting is required.\nSome lifting up to 20 lbs. required.\nAnyone 18 years or older may apply.\nAbility to work in a controlled room environment\nTeam-oriented mindset\nStrong communication skills\nPositive can-do attitude\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nA high school diploma or GED.\nManufacturing experience is a plus.\nPay Range: 18.14 - 26.00\nThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
