The role will focus on supporting and executing projects in the areas of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Operational Technology (OT), and Business Intelligence (BI), contributing to the digital transformation roadmap across our global Operations.\nThe ideal candidate has a solid technical background, hands-on experience in MES and OT environments, and a passion for data-driven innovation and agile digitalization projects. He/She will work closely with our Manufacturing Engineering, IT and other BPI teams to support the implementation of digital solutions that improve efficiency, traceability, and performance on the shop floor.\nMain responsibilities:\nSupport the execution of innovation projects across all phases: requirements gathering, functional analysis, technical specifications, testing, go-live, and post-deployment monitoring.\nCollaborate with IT teams, system integrators, and solution providers to ensure successful project delivery.\nAnalyze shop floor data and contribute to the development of Business Intelligence reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor operational performance.\nProvide day-to-day support for MES and OT solutions, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCoordinate with other BPI Centers of Excellence (e.g., Digital Manufacturing DIGMA, Digital-SPC, AI & Advanced Analytics, Traceability, Smart Retail Operations) to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across initiatives.\nMain requirements:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Statistic, Industrial Automation, or a related field.\nKnowledge of MES, OT systems, Power-BI and other digital manufacturing projects\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 principles.\nFamiliarity with systems such as SCADA, PLCs, data historians, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset.\nFluent in English; French or other languages are a plus.\nOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
