You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing valuable insights and assistance to ongoing projects.\nExpected Outcomes:\nContribute to the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.\n\nDevelop a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies and tactics.\n\nProvide valuable insights and support that drive the effectiveness of the marketing team’s efforts.\n\nAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:\nBrand Visual Refresh & In-Store Execution\nSupport the planning and tracking of visual refreshes across multiple brands.\n\nCoordinate with vendors and sales representatives to secure store approvals and ensure timelyexecution.\n\nHelp bring brands to life through store skinning, displays and other in-store branding solutions.\n\nMonitor execution progress and support consistent, high-quality brand presentation across stores.\n\nSocial Media & Digital Content\nContribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and help develop engaging content concepts.\n\nAssistwith writing, editing and proofreading marketing and communication materials.\n\nSupport the adaptation of campaign content across relevant digital platforms.\n\nEvent & Brand Activation Support\nSupport the planning and coordination of brand launches, training sessionsand customer events.\n\nAssistwith pre-event preparation, on-site executionand post-event follow-up.\n\nWork with internal teams and external partners to help create smooth and memorable brand experiences.\n\nStore Distribution & Campaign Readiness\nMaintain and update store distribution trackers to support accuratecampaign planning and execution.\n\nUpdate regional Trade Marketing distribution records based on invoiced units.\n\nHelp the team identifythe right stores for campaigns, launchesand retail activations.\n\nGWP & Event Gift Sourcing\nSource creative and relevant gifts-with-purchase, event door giftsand promotional items.\n\nCompare vendor proposals to achieve the right balance of quality, creativityand cost-effectiveness.\n\nCoordinate with suppliers on production timelines, quantities, qualityand delivery arrangements.\n\nWhat You Will Gain\nThis internship offers exposure to end-to-end trade marketing, from planning and vendor coordination to retail execution, digital contentand live events.
