Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.\nYour role\nWe are looking for an intern who will support the management of supplier master data for our centralized branches (EMEA and worldwide), acting as a key point of reference for the subsidiaries both from a technical and procedural perspective. The role involves gaining knowledge of the workflows, procedures, and guidelines shared with the Procurement team, as well as conducting analyses and preparing reports to harmonize processes, ensure compliance, and identify potential gaps. The intern will also be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to improve and streamline workflows.\nMain responsibilities:\nAct as a point of contact for centralized subsidiaries of both Essilor and Luxottica, working closely with them to build an effective network, ensure process compliance, and manage all related projects.\nMaintain relationships with other GBS teams and collaborate closely with fellow team members.\nLiaise with IT to define requirements aimed at improving operational efficiency.\nMain requirements:\nGood level of autonomy in problem-solving and proactivity in managing new activities and projects.\nStrong aptitude for project management.\nExcellent command of English and proficiency in an additional foreign language.\nBackground in commercial roles, sales support, procurement, or buying.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
