We are working towards a brighter future where everyone in the world has access to sustainable vision care.\nOur Program Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various programs and initiatives whilst being involved in shaping and executing our mission of eliminating uncorrected poor vision. Working closely with our team and stakeholders to drive positive change you’ll create detailed program plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the successful implementation of our Regional & Local clinic programs and fundraising.\nPlease note, this is a 12-month maternity leave contract, commencing 8 February 2027.\nYour Responsibilities\nCoordinate clinic teams with delivery of clinic information, itineraries, working with children checks, cultural awareness training, volunteer attire, itineraries.\nPost clinic management of reporting including budget reports and follow ups with clinic partners.\nPost clinic glasses management: receiving, processing, packing and delivery of all clinic patient glasses.\nConduct Local Clinic Leader training in AUS and NZ as required.\nLead engagement with schools and other partner organizations.\nManage Vision Voucher portal allowing partners to support people in need.\nManage communications within the EssilorLuxottica channels including regular updates of content, creating news items, and promoting OneSight global campaigns.\nSupport EssilorLuxottica ANZ fundraising events and campaigns.\nMaintaining financial records and general correspondence.\nAbout You\nExperience in Optical, Events or not-for-profit sectors\nSydney based, with approximately 5 weeks of travel per year across regional and local clinics in ANZ, including around 3 international and 2-3 domestic trips annually.
