Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.\nYour Role:\nWe are looking for a Production Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing production line operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve operational excellence.\nMain Responsibilities:\n·Line Management: Oversee strategic and operational planning, monitor daily/monthly loading plans, analyze performance reports, lead productivity improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance through audits and SOPs.\n·Quality Management: Implement process improvements, enforce control procedures, update standard work, and collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve product issues.\n·People Management: Drive team development, conduct performance assessments, manage engagement plans, and ensure compliance with company policies.\n·Cost Management: Lead projects to improve efficiency, reduce overtime, and control manufacturing costs.\n·Safety & Policy Compliance: Enforce safety standards, lead risk assessments, manage incident investigations, and sustain 5'S practices.\nA Portrait of a Suitable Candidate\n·Education: Graduate of any Engineering degree.\n·Experience: Proven ability to lead and drive improvement projects.\n·Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant applications.\n·Preferred Knowledge: Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies.\n·Additional Knowledge: Inventory management and cost control experience is desirable.\nOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
