Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.\nYour role\nWe are looking for a Quality Project Engineer to join our Quality team in Città Sant'Angelo. The role is focused on improving quality performance in production, analyzing data and defects, and driving concrete actions to make processes more stable, efficient and reliable. This is a hands-on position, close to the production area, ideal for someone with a solid quality background and a strong interest in continuous improvement.\nMain responsibilities:\nMonitor quality KPIs, scrap trends and recurring defects to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.\nDefine and follow up corrective and preventive actions to improve product conformity and process reliability.\nSupport the stabilization and improvement of production processes, working closely with Production and Quality teams.\nManage quality deviations and critical issues, contributing to risk assessments and recovery plans when needed.\nPromote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, optimizing processes and improving quality results.\nContribute to cross-functional projects, audits and the implementation of quality standards within the production area.\nMain requirements:\nDegree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.\nPrevious experience in quality, quality engineering or production quality within an industrial/manufacturing environment.\nGood knowledge of quality KPIs, root cause analysis, process improvement and corrective actions.\nAnalytical and structured approach, with the ability to turn data and problems into practical improvement actions.\nProactive mindset, curiosity and willingness to work closely with production teams in a dynamic environment\nWhat’s in it for you\nIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
