Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.\nJOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:\nWe are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Regional Learning & Development Intern to join the Leonardo Regional Team, part of EssilorLuxottica’s global Learning & Development ecosystem.\nIn this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of regional learning and education initiatives that engage and empower our employees and Eye Care Professionals across Southeast Asia & Korea.\nWorking as part of a dynamic regional team and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple markets and functions, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in regional programme management, training operations, digital learning platforms, learner engagement, and creative content development. This internship provides a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful regional projects while developing practical Learning & Development capabilities within a global organisation.\nAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:\nTraining and Event Coordination\nSupport the planning and execution of virtual classes, webinars, workshops and regional learning events\n\nCoordinate event logistics, schedules, participant communications, training materials and registration\n\nProvide on-site or virtual support during learning activities to ensure smooth delivery\n\nLearning Content & Creative Development\nAssist in developing and updating presentations, learning materials, programme guides and digital resources\n\nCreate engaging learner communications and promotional materials for learning initiatives\n\nSupport the development and adaptation of content for different markets and learner audiences\n\nHelp prepare learner kits, handouts, and digital resources\n\nTraining Program Deployment & Learner Engagement\nSupport the rollout of Leonardo learning programs and campaigns across the region\n\nAssist in tracking learner registrations, participation, and completion rates\n\nSupport post-program follow-up, including feedback collection and basic analysis\n\nLearning Data, Reporting & Insights\nMaintain accurate training records, learner databases and programme trackers\n\nTrack key learning metrics, including participation, learning hours, engagement and completion\n\nConsolidate learner feedback and support basic analysis to identify trends and insights\n\nPrepare reports, presentations and simple dashboards for regional performance reviews\n\nRegional Stakeholder & Project Coordination\nCollaborate with Leonardo teams and stakeholders across different markets to support regional initiatives\n\nCoordinate with subject-matter experts on schedules, content, materials and programme requirements\n\nSupport external vendors and partners involved in learning content, events and other projects\n\nAssist with ad-hoc regional projects and new learning initiatives as required\n\nKEY REQUIREMENTS:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline\n\nAble to commit for a minimum of 6 Months (Jan - Jun/Jul, 2027)\nStrong organisational and coordination skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence working with stakeholders from different markets and cultures\n\nCreative and digitally savvy, with an interest in developing engaging learning content and communications; familiarity with Canva or other design/content creation tools is an advantage\n\nProficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel;comfortable preparing presentations, trackers, reports, and learning materials\n\nComfortable working with data and basic reporting,including tracking participation, completion, feedback, and learning KPIs\n\nFamiliarity with AI-powered tools for creativity and productivity is an advantage\n\nProactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners\n\nRecruiting process\nOur recruitment process may vary; If you are selected, you will be contacted by our recruiters to guide you through the specific steps for your application.\nOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
