Demonstrates and creates a region of entrepreneurial leaders with attributes such as initiative, persistence, commitment, persuasion and problem solving, while modeling an eye for fashion attitude\nMAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nBuilds plans to deliver profitable regional sales\nEnsures the regional delivery of a simple, fun, and in-style fashion experience\nEnsures each store has a professional business partnership with the Target Optical doctor and Target host through regular co-planning.\nProactively recruits, hires, trains, develops, motivates and retains brand right Team Members (OTL/OTM).\nProvides team members feedback to hold accountable for their goals and job responsibilities.\nEnsures all operating policies and procedures are followed at the highest level to include merchandising and store presentation, timely and accurate implementation of approved marketing programs and promotions, the accurate completion of all sales transactions, and utilization of all sales strategies and resources.\nProactively recruits and selects brand right team members with the goal of long-term retention and bench strengths.\nEstablishes recruiting network for doctors within the industry to enable them to recruit and select brand right doctors for all locations.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelors Degree or equivalent\n5+ years retail management experience with a proven track record of sales growth\n2+ years multi-unit store management experience\nDrive For Results\nRecruit / Interview / Select\nCoach and Develop\nMotivate and Influence Others\nCritical Thinking\nFoster Open Communication - Listen\nAccountability\nActs With Integrity\nExtensive travel required; up to 60%\nPay Range: 99,879.53 - 163,548.72\nThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
