Develops relationships and supports small and mid-market clients in leveraging in-market initiatives to grow sales and provide support in order to increase efficiency for the field sales teams\nMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nExecutes quote requests, follow up and facilitating sales process to exceed broker expectations.\nLeverages internal departments to facilitate sales process.\nEducates broker constituent through primarily telephonic efforts.\nManages sales process internally.\nDevelops compelling proposals to grow segment sales and support key market sales lead.\nCollaborates with external sales team to develop and execute market sales strategy.\nCollaborates with key market sales lead, execute post-quote follow-up activity to refine and achieve broker acceptance.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s Degree or 3 years business experience\nLife Accident & Health Insurance License or ability to obtain license within 60 (sixty) days of hire\nCustomer/client support experience\nExcellent communication skills (written/verbal)\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite\nComfort managing telephonic relationships\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nSales support and/or marketing experience and/or administrative experience\nKnowledge of benefits industry\nKnowledge of and/or Brokerage industry experience\nLicensed Life/Health insurance\nDemonstrates sense of urgency responding to customers\nThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
