Discover more by following us on LinkedIn!\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nGENERAL FUNCTION\nThe Store Manager is responsible for leading their team on the sales floor, delivering a positive customer experience, meeting sales key performance indicators (KPIs), and merchandising the store to meet brand standards. Additionally, the Store Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing their team.\nMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nOversees all sales and operational activities of the store to ensure weekly and monthly sales objectives are met.\nRecruits, onboards, and develops qualified talent, preferably with experience in a luxury retail environment.\nCoaches associates by providing clear, motivating and constructive performance feedback in a timely manner.\nAccurately staffs the store to consistently delivers an exceptional customer service experience.\nProvides recognition to associates for positive performance.\nMeets brand standards of presentation and operations.\nContinuously monitors the business by analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans accordingly.\nResponsible for maintaining accurate product inventory.\nDrives participation in assigned monthly training courses.\nEffectively manage all employee relation concerns, including time and attendance, unsatisfactory performance, and asset protection.\nExpertly guides customers in selecting frames and lenses that are best suited for their lifestyle, wardrobe and/or prescription.\nAbility to move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds around the store for various needs.\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position for duration of shift.\nAdditional responsibilities as needed.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nRetail management experience, preferably within a luxury selling environment.\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nFinancial acumen\nStrong interpersonal skills\nFlexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.\nThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
