Together we can make a difference!\nAbout the role:\nAs an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be part of a collaborative global team responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of Accounts Payable activities, helping drive operational excellence and supporting business success across the organization. If this is you, we’d love to talk.\nWhat you will do:\nInvoice Processing: Handle supplier invoices in SAP and ensure compliance with Essity’s global standards.\nSupplier Communication: Manage email correspondence and resolve queries promptly.\nInternal Support: Address tickets from internal stakeholders, including factory teams.\nAccount Reconciliation: Investigate discrepancies such as direct debits without invoices and liaise with suppliers for resolution.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.\nRegional Support: Provide accounts payable services for a particular market.\nCollaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency across all tasks.\nWho you are:\nBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.\nPrevious experience in an accounts payable role.\nYou bring strong organizational skills, a proactive learning mindset, a high sense of accountability and integrity, and a collaborative spirit with a natural willingness to help others.\nFamiliarity with Office 365 and SAP.\nOther languages are a plus.\nFluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.\nWhat we can offer you:\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
