Together we can make a difference!\nAbout the role:\nAs an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be a key contributor within Essity’s Global Business Services organization, supporting a defined scope of the end-to-end accounts payable process. Your work will help ensure that financial transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.\nYou will operate in a dynamic, international environment where collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement are highly valued. By combining precision with a proactive mindset, you will help keep our financial operations running smoothly while supporting Essity’s broader purpose of improving well-being.\nWhat you will do:\nAccounts Payable Processing: Execute global accounts payable activities for a defined area with accuracy, efficiency, and cost awareness. \nInvoice Management: Manage high-priority and complex invoices, ensuring timely resolution and correct posting. \nCompliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to accounting principles, regulatory requirements, internal controls, and agreed ways of working.\nOperational Support: Support day-to-day functional activities, including training, coaching, and knowledge sharing within the team. \nAudit Support: Assist with internal and external audits and contribute to the resolution of audit findings. \nProcess Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and standardization. \nCross-Regional Collaboration: Provide operational and project support across regions in a matrix organization.”\nAutomation Analysis: Identify automation and system improvement opportunities within Accounts Payable processes in Invoice Track to increase efficiency, accuracy, and standardization. \nWho you are:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field. \nProven experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role. \nConfident user of Office 365 tools with experience working in SAP or a similar ERP system. \nA collaborative and proactive professional who communicates clearly, adapts well to change, enjoys supporting others, and demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset aligned with Essity’s Beliefs & Behaviors. \nAdditional language skills are considered an advantage. \nFluent in English- All resumes should be submitted in English.\nWhat we can offer you:\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
