Accounts, and other business functions.\nThis position serves as a key technical leader for AI innovation within the U.S. Health & Medical business while ensuring solutions are designed with Do\nDrive AI Innovation and Business Transformation\nIdentify high-value opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.\nEvaluate business processes and workflows to uncover opportunities for transformation, automation, and optimization.\nTranslate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions that deliver measurable value.\nStay current on emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry trends to identify innovative applications within the business.\nDevelop and lead training, enablement, and knowledge-sharing programs that build AI capabilities across the organization and empower teams to effectively adopt, support, and scale AI solutions.\nDesign and Deliver Scalable Solutions\nDesign, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics applications.\nBe accountable for ensuring AI, automation, and analytics outputs are fit for purpose before business use by defining and implementing appropriate validation, testing, monitoring, traceability, and human-review controls that address accuracy, reliability, reproducibility, and documented limitations.\nBuild proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and production-ready solutions using modern AI, cloud, and automation technologies.\nDevelop scalable architectures that balance speed, flexibility, security, maintainability, and enterprise standards.\nIntegrate AI capabilities into existing business processes, applications, and reporting platforms.\nEnsure solutions are designed for reuse and scalability across markets, regions, and business functions whenever possible.\nStructure outputs and insights with clear business context, assumptions, confidence or limitations, and recommended actions so stakeholders can make informed decisions without over-relying on automated results.\nProvide Technical Leadership\nServe as the primary technical subject matter expert for AI and automation initiatives within the Health & Medical business.\nProvide technical guidance and best practices related to AI solution design, architecture, development, and deployment.\nPartner with analytics, automation, IT, and business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.\nEstablish and promote standards for solution development, documentation, maintainability, and support.\nCollaborate Across the Organization\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize opportunities.\nPartner with the global AI Center of Excellence to align local initiatives with enterprise AI strategy, governance, architecture standards, and technology roadmaps.\nShare successful solutions, best practices, and reusable components that can benefit other regions and business units.\nWork cross-functionally with commercial operations, analytics, digital, and technology teams to accelerate AI adoption and value realization.\nCollaborate with the global AI Center of Excellence, data governance teams, data owners, and stewards to co-develop and operationalize practical data and AI governance guidance, controls, and reusable standards.\nEnsure that data ownership and stewardship responsibilities are defined for each solution, with clear requirements for data quality, metadata, business definitions, lineage, access, retention, and issue resolution.\nEnsure Long-Term Success and Governance\nApply and enforce applicable company policies, security and privacy requirements, data governance standards, and responsible AI principles throughout the solution lifecycle, escalating exceptions and unresolved risks to the appropriate governance bodies.\nConduct and document proportionate AI risk assessments covering fairness and bias, transparency and explainability, human oversight, privacy, security, regulatory and legal requirements, and potential business or user harm.\nImplement risk-mitigation measures such as approved-tool and data-use controls, traceability, access controls, human-in-the-loop review, performance and drift monitoring, incident escalation, and periodic reassessment.\nMonitor performance and effectiveness of deployed solutions, driving continuous improvement and optimization.\nEvaluate and recommend emerging technologies, platforms, and tools that support the organization's AI strategy.\nWho You Are\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.\n7+ years of experience in analytics, software development, data engineering, automation, AI, solution architecture, or related technical disciplines.\nDemonstrated experience designing and delivering business-focused technology solutions from concept through deployment.\nExperience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nStrong understanding of modern data, analytics, cloud, and software development practices.\nWorking knowledge of data quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices, including validation, bias and risk assessment, human oversight, and regulatory compliance.\nProven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience developing AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.\nExperience supporting commercial operations, sales, marketing, customer service, contracts and pricing, or related business functions.\nExperience working in healthcare, medical products, consumer goods, manufacturing, or highly regulated industries.\nExperience leading technical workstreams for enterprise transformation or digital innovation initiatives.\nDemonstrated
