To support this travel, candidates should be located within convenient access to a major airport.\nWe welcome applications from candidates seeking either a full-time or 4-day-per-week arrangement.\nAbout the Role\nThis role combines clinical education, customer engagement and business development, providing an opportunity to influence patient outcomes while supporting healthcare professionals across New Zealand.\nAs Essity's clinical and commercial expert in lymphoedema management, you will also support our Compression and Advanced Wound Care portfolio. Working closely with clinicians, specialists, nurses and healthcare providers, you will help improve patient outcomes through education, evidence-based solutions and strong customer partnerships.\nWe welcome applications from physiotherapists, nurses, occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals with experience in lymphoedema management, compression therapy, wound care, vascular care or related clinical specialties.\nWhat You Will Do\nProtect and grow Essity's lymphoedema, compression and advanced wound care business across New Zealand.\n\nAct as Essity's subject matter expert in lymphoedema management and compression therapy.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with lymphoedema specialists, clinicians and healthcare providers across New Zealand.\n\nDeliver education and clinical training to support best-practice patient assessment and management.\n\nPartner with customers to identify appropriate solutions that optimize patient outcomes.\n\nGrow Essity's presence within lymphoedema services through customer engagement, education and targeted business development.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and achieve business objectives.\n\nUse CRM and business insights to effectively manage your territory and identify opportunities for growth.\n\nWho You Are\nYou are a clinically credible healthcare professional with a strong understanding of lymphoedema management and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You enjoy building trusted relationships with clinicians, educating customers, and identifying opportunities to deliver better care through innovative solutions.\nYou will bring:\nClinical qualifications and experience in physiotherapy, nursing, occupational therapy, or a related healthcare discipline.\n\nDemonstrated training and experience in lymphoedema assessment and management.\n\nStrong knowledge of compression therapy and its application within lymphoedema care.\n\nThe ability to confidently engage with specialist clinicians, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.\n\nExperience delivering education, training, and clinical support to healthcare audiences.\n\nCommercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to grow and develop customer partnerships.\n\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPrevious experience in healthcare sales, clinical education, account management or business development will be highly regarded.\n\nExperience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.\n\nA current driver's license and willingness to travel across New Zealand.\n\nYou may have worked as:\nLymphoedema Physiotherapist\n\nPhysiotherapist with lymphoedema training and certification\n\nRegistered Nurse with lymphoedema management experience\n\nClinical Educator within compression or lymphatic care\n\nHealthcare Sales Specialist within wound care, compression or related clinical fields\n\nWhat We Can Offer You\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
