The Commercial Operations Manager will drive commercial excellence by leading new item development, enabling sales execution, and building tools and processes that support successful product launches and retail adoption. This role acts as the operational backbone of the sales organization, translating strategy into execution across pricing, item setup, launches, and displays, while partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment and forecast accuracy.\nThis is a hybrid role based in Philadelphia (3 days/week in office).\nWe’re looking for individuals who challenge the status quo, embrace innovation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
