Working in line with the Essity Group Function Communications strategy, you will contribute to the development of the communication strategy and lead its effective implementation.\nYou will act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring that communication supports business priorities, transformation initiatives and reputation management. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as well as the ability to collaborate across an international, matrix organization. You will be part of an international network of communication professionals who value partnership, knowledge sharing, and continuous development.\nWhat You Will Do\nCommunication Strategy & Planning: Contribute to and drive the implementation of internal and external communication strategies, plans, guidelines and routines for the business unit.\nBusiness Partnering: Act as a strategic communication advisor to relevant functions, supporting business objectives and leadership priorities.\nChannel Management: Ensure an optimal mix of communication channels to maximize reach, awareness and understanding among internal and external stakeholders.\nContent & Delivery: Deliver clear, engaging oral, written and digital communications tailored to audience needs.\nChange Communication: Support communication related to change initiatives within the business unit, ensuring clarity, alignment and engagement.\nMedia & Crisis Communication: Establish and coordinate professional media, issues and crisis communication routines across business units and local markets.\nCollaboration & Alignment: Work closely with country communication leads and Group Communications to implement business unit plans and activate corporate branding.\nChange & Transformation Communication: Lead communication strategies for business transformation and change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, engagement and successful adoption across the organization.\nWho You Are\nRelevant professional experience in communications, ideally within an international, matrix organization.\nStrong expertise in internal communication, with solid capabilities in social media, public relations and crisis communication, combined with strong digital and analytical skills.\nSenior leader with the ability to build effective internal and external networks, align processes across organizations and manage multiple stakeholders.\nConfident in managing and steering external agencies and partners while maintaining high quality and consistency.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
