This is a fantastic opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge needed for a future career as a Converting Operator.\nYou'll report directly to one of our experienced managers who will support your development throughout your apprenticeship and help you make the most of this opportunity.\nAs part of the Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship, you'll gain hands-on experience and develop skills in:\nHealth, safety and environmental practices\n\nQuality and manufacturing principles\n\nTissue converting processes and equipment\n\nLean manufacturing techniques\n\nContinuous improvement and problem-solving methods\n\nCommunicating technical information and identifying engineering equipment\n\nBuilding productive working relationships with colleagues\n\nApplying STEM knowledge in a manufacturing environment\n\nDeveloping strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills\n\nYou will also:\nComplete all on-the-job training, off-the-job learning and apprenticeship assessments\n\nProgress through a structured competency programme for converting operations\n\nMaintain your apprenticeship portfolio and attend regular reviews with your training provider and company mentors\n\nBuild the knowledge and experience needed for a successful career as a Converting Operator\n\nSuccessful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a permanent Converting Operator position, subject to business needs and performance.
