If this is you, we'd love to talk. \nAbout the Role\nAs an Electrical Maintenance Leader, you will lead the electrical maintenance function within the manufacturing unit, ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, support TPM initiatives, and develop technical capabilities across the maintenance team.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelops to standards and assures the team works to it (Safety, Quality, CL, CILs, etc.) and secures the availability of standard technical documentation.\nLead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.\nEnsure reliability and performance of electrical, electronic, automation, PLC, and robotic systems.\nSupport downtime reduction through root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.\nManage maintenance standards, technical documentation, spare parts inventory, and budget control.\nSupport capital projects and equipment improvement initiatives.\nMonitor maintenance KPIs and drive operational excellence.\nCoach, develop, and support the technical maintenance team.\nPromote TPM, Kaizen, 5S, FMEA, and other continuous improvement practices.\nWho You Are\nBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation & Control, Robotics Engineering, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience with PLC programming, industrial automation, robotics, SCADA, and HMI systems.\nKnowledge of industrial networks such as Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and Sercos.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nPrevious leadership experience is a plus.\nExperience with SAP-PM, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies is preferred.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nAt Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.\nCollaborative and Inclusive Culture | Empowering & Engaged Leaders | Working with Powerful Purpose & Sustainable Impact | Learning and Growing in your Career | Supporting Well-being & Sustainable Working Life | Life-changing Innovations | Competitive Total rewards\nWhat We Can Offer You\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
