Based in our Santa Fe office, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Mexico and Europe, supporting our global HR community.\nWhat You Will Do\nResolve HR System Queries: Manage and resolve tickets in our HRIS system promptly and accurately. \nAnalyze and Improve Processes: Perform root cause analysis and identify opportunities for automation and service enhancements. \nKnowledge Management: Collect, share, and transfer knowledge to strengthen internal expertise. \nStakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with employees, managers, and HR teams across the organization. \nCollaborate Across Units: Work closely with different organizational units to ensure seamless service delivery. \nSupport Service Development: Contribute to the creation and improvement of HR digital services and processes. \nDrive Continuous Improvement: Turn insights into actions that enhance efficiency and user experience. \nWho You Are\nStudies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. \nExperience in ticketing systems and HR administration or service sector roles. \nFamiliarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms. \nStrong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn and become a trusted go-to person. \nIntermediate level of English, you must be able to communicate within email, chat, calls, etc. \nWhat We Can Offer You\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
