Working closely with Engineering, Operations and external partners, you'll ensure our infrastructure remains reliable, efficient and aligned to Essity's long-term ambitions.\nWe're looking for someone who challenges the status quo, embraces continuous improvement and is passionate about delivering impactful results.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelop and deliver long-term infrastructure and asset management plans.\nLead, coach and develop the Site Infrastructure team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.\nManage CAPEX projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring effective governance, budget control and successful delivery.\nOversee site utilities, including electricity, gas, water and compressed air, ensuring reliability, efficiency and compliance.\nMaintain responsibility for high and low voltage electrical systems and associated statutory requirements.\nEnsure buildings, facilities and infrastructure meet legal, safety, environmental and operational standards.\nDrive compliance with Essity's Risk, Environment, Safety and Health (RESH) framework.\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure-related business continuity plans.\nManage infrastructure budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to support site priorities and operational excellence.\nWho You Are\nYou are a proactive and influential leader who enjoys solving complex challenges and driving positive change within a manufacturing environment.
