We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused IT Service Management Coordinator to join our ANZ IT team based in Springvale and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our technology environment.\nThis is an opportunity to work across local, regional, and global teams, supporting critical business systems while contributing to technology initiatives that help our people work effectively and efficiently.\nAbout the Role\nReporting to our Team Leader - IT Operations, the IT Service Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the stability, performance, and ongoing enhancement of Essity's IT infrastructure and services across Australia and New Zealand.\nYou will act as a trusted technology partner for internal stakeholders, providing technical expertise across Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, infrastructure, networks, and end-user support. Working closely with regional and global IT teams, you will help deliver a seamless technology experience while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.\nThis role suits an IT professional with strong technical capability, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to influence how IT services are delivered across ANZ while contributing to regional and global technology initiatives.\nWhat You Will Do\nProvide Level 1- 3 support across infrastructure, networking, end-user technologies, and business-critical systems.\nSupport and maintain Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.\nAssist with Azure cloud environments, infrastructure services, and disaster recovery capabilities.\nPartner with local, regional, and global IT teams to deliver projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport change management activities while minimising disruption to business operations.\nIdentify opportunities to improve system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.\nWho You Are\nWe're looking for someone who brings a blend of technical expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and a customer-first mindset.
