This position will work out of our manufacturing facility in Neenah, WI.\nA key member of the Resource Support Team, the Maintenance Reliability Supervisor will determine, build consensus for, and implement changes to equipment and processes to further improve production, product cost and reliability meeting functional requirements while also satisfying company expectations for usability, manageability, maintainability and cost. The MRL has the ability to forecast maintenance needs and execute work to meet timelines and budgets is a key responsibility. If this is you, we'd love to talk.\nWhat You Will Do\nDirect and manage the Maintenance department in alignment with the strategic plan of the company;\nLead the successful application of Total Productive Maintenance throughout the facility;\nDetermine, build consensus for, and implement changes to equipment and processes to further improve production, product cost and reliability meeting functional requirements while also satisfying company expectations for usability, manageability, maintainability and cost;\nThe ability to forecast maintenance needs and execute work to meet timelines and budgets is a key responsibility;\nResponsible for the efficient and effective maintenance of manufacturing equipment and mobile equipment;\nAssist in the development of annual manufacturing maintenance budget, monitor expenditures, report variances to budget;\nAssist in the design of and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize equipment life and minimize operating cost;\nMonitor the vibration monitoring programs, including determination of machines for periodic/continuous monitoring, frequency of testing, route plans;\nUnderstand and be able to direct the use of alternative condition monitoring technologies, such as acoustic emission, thermography, motor current and oil analysis;\nRecommend field corrective actions, such as balancing, alignment and replacement of machine parts;\nPerform Root Cause Failure Analysis;\nPrepare reports for appropriate personnel on machine condition, recommend corrective action and report on the effectiveness of repairs;\nGenerate all departmental sop’s and act as training facilitator;\nImplement a Failure Analysis Group;\nInterface with predictive maintenance vendors;\nPrevent machine failures by Increasing awareness and condition monitoring performance;\nLeads in implementing the Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality/Food Safety System (QRESH) policies and procedures to meet or exceed our customers product quality, service and sustainability expectations, including certification requirements such as ISO:14001, SFQ, and others as applicable;\nDemonstrates leadership in the prevention of pollution, compliance with applicable legal and other requirements, and continual improvement of environmental performance especially in the areas of recognized Environmental Significant Aspects and Essity’s established corporate sustainability goals;\nPractice commitment to the philosophy that Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality/Food Safety (QRESH) stewardship is everyone’s responsibility;\nPerform other essential responsibilities as deemed necessary.\nWho You Are\nBachelor’s degree in Chemical, Paper Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or other related engineering field preferred;\nBachelor’s degree preferred but not required;\nMinimum of 5 years of maintenance leadership or equivalent technical experience required;\nMaintenance planning experience preferred with thorough knowledge of recognized maintenance planning practices;\nProject management experience preferred;\nSkilled in or able to quickly learn SAP or another Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS);\nSkilled in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point;\nAbility to lead teams through change and improvement;\nLeadership experience with a customer focus on industrial reliability;\nProven knowledge and track record in world class maintenance safety processes;\nKnowledge of industrial mechanical equipment.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nAt Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nExpected Compensation:\nCompetitive annual salary + annual incentive bonus + benefits\nPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.\nAlong with competitive pay you will be eligible for the following benefits:\nUnited Healthcare PPO / EyeMed Vision Insurance / Delta Dental Insurance;\nWellness program provided through Rally;\nHealthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA);\n401(k) with employer match and annual employer base contribution;\nCompany paid Basic Life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance;\nEmployee Assistance Program;\nPTO offering with Paid Holidays;\nVoluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, and accident insurance;\nEmployee discounts program;\nScholarship program for children of Essity employees. \nAdditional Information\nThe Company is committed to equalemployment opportunity and providingreasonable accommodations to qualifiedcandidates and employees pursuant toapplicable law.
