The role focuses on identifying strategic opportunities, building high-value partnerships, and influencing key decision-makers across Health Boards and wider health and social care systems.\nWorking closely with PAMA, Marketing, Sales and Commercial Development teams, the successful candidate will develop and deliver strategic plans that create measurable business impact across the devolved nations.\nWhat You Will Do\nYou will lead market access and reimbursement activities across the devolved nations, developing and delivering strategic Health Board account plans. Influencing healthcare decision-makers and Key Opinion Leaders to improve patient access. You will partner across teams to deliver pricing, evidence and market access initiatives and build strong stakeholder relationships to drive sustainable growth.\nYou'll collaborate with Health Boards, procurement teams, medicines management leads, clinical decision-makers, government stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Tender and Contracts and Market Access colleagues.\nYou will navigate complex healthcare systems and decision-making pathways, expanding Essity's presence across the devolved nations, whilst aligning internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.\nWho You Are\nUnderstanding of the devolved nations health and social care market \nStrong commercial awareness \nAbility to write business cases, project briefs and gain engagement with key stakeholders \nA track record of delivering innovative solutions to internal and external business groups \nBest in class planning and leadership capabilities \nProven experience of operating in a Healthcare Partnership capacity and driving value \nExcellent presentation, communication and project management skills \nPRINCE2 qualification is desirable \nWhat We Can Offer You\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
