Working closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and Commercial teams, you'll help ensure product availability, minimise supply risks and support business growth initiatives.\nYou'll be a critical link between supply, demand and operations, making informed decisions that positively impact customer service, inventory performance and overall supply chain efficiency.\nWhat You Will Do\nManage inventory deployment across our ANZ warehouse network to support customer demand and service targets.\nMonitor stock levels, inventory health and distribution centre capacity to identify potential risks and constraints.\nCoordinate stock movements to ensure the right products are available in the right locations at the right time.\nReview and maintain replenishment parameters, including lead times and inventory settings.\nManage inventory run-out, obsolete stock and product transitions.\nSupport new product launches through effective inventory planning and deployment.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to resolve supply challenges and prioritise critical stock requirements.\nAnalyse inventory performance and provide recommendations to improve service, stock availability and efficiency.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements and broader supply chain projects.\nSupport quality hold, recall and inventory governance processes.\nWho You Are\nYou are an analytical and commercially minded supply chain professional who thrives on solving problems and improving processes. You enjoy working across multiple stakeholder groups and can confidently make decisions in a dynamic and evolving environment.\nTo be successful, you'll bring:\nExperience in inventory planning, supply planning, network planning or a similar supply chain role.\nAt least two years' experience within supply chain, logistics, inventory management or replenishment planning.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify practical solutions.\nIntermediate to advanced Excel capability.\nExperience working with supply chain planning concepts and processes.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nA proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.\nAustralian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or unrestricted working rights in Australia.\nIt would be advantageous if you also have:\nManufacturing or FMCG environment exposure.\nSAP, APO or S/4HANA experience.\nQualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
