The operator Intermediate has the skills to undertake the tasks needed to operate/ sustain efficiently the equipment/process.\n12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule: Two weeks on days (6:50 AM -7:00 PM) followed by two weeks on nights (6:50 PM-7:00 AM). This rotation provides built-in flexibility with every other weekend off and additional personal time throughout the schedule.\nWhat You Will Do:\nAn Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.\nWorks within Essity safety standards, with responsibility for personal and others' safety\nRun and monitor your machine to keep production flowing, making adjustments as needed using Essity Continuous Improvement Systems.\nWork closely with your Team Leader and skilled operators whenever support or guidance is needed.\nPrepare and load raw materials or finished products for palletizing, following our Standard Operating Procedures.\nMaintain strong communication with both the previous and next shift, as well as all team members involved in running the machine.\nKeep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.\nSupport teammates with operating tasks and contribute to a smooth, efficient production flow.\nEnsure top-notch product quality by performing regular checks and rejecting or blocking items that don’t meet specifications.\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\nAccurately complete all required production documentation and data logs.\nWho You Are:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nEntry-level experience - 1-3 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or no prior experience but a willingness to learn.\nAttention to detail\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills\nBasic mathematical, computer literacy skills\nAbility to lift and frequently stand, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.\nQuick learner\nAbility to work 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule -Two weeks on days (6:50 AM -7:00 PM) followed by two weeks on nights (6:50 PM-7:00 AM). \nWhat We Can Offer You\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
