In this role, you will help drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, collaboration, and a strong commitment to service quality.\nWhat You Will Do\nPayroll Operations: Lead and coordinate payroll delivery across Mexico and Central America, ensuring accurate and timely processing for all payroll cycles.\nCompliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, social security, and payroll regulations while maintaining strong controls and audit readiness.\nTeam Leadership: Coach, develop, and support Payroll Specialists and Administrators to build a high-performing, customer-focused team.\nIssue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for complex payroll matters and provide guidance on payroll-related policies, processes, and compliance requirements.\nContinuous Improvement: Drive process standardization, automation, digitalization, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and service quality.\nStakeholder Partnership: Build effective relationships with HR, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, IT, external vendors, and business leaders across the region.\nReporting & Performance: Monitor payroll reporting, operational metrics, resource planning, and service performance to support business continuity and operational excellence.\nWho You Are\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\nSolid experience leading payroll operations within multinational and multi-country environments, preferably across Mexico and Central America and/or Shared Services organizations.\nStrong knowledge of payroll processing, payroll controls, tax regulations, social security requirements, labor compliance, payroll systems, and advanced Excel capabilities.\nProven ability to lead people, influence stakeholders, solve complex problems, manage competing priorities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in fast-paced environments.\nFluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate confidently with regional and global stakeholders.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
