As a People Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Working closely with employees and line managers, you will provide HR operational support, coordinate key people processes, and ensure compliance with global standards and local requirements.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a people-focused environment, has a strong customer-service mindset, and thrives on delivering accurate and efficient HR support. Through your work, you will contribute to a collaborative culture that reflects Essity’s values of Care, Commitment, Courage, and Collaboration.\nWhat You Will Do\nEmployee Support: Respond to employee and line manager inquiries, providing timely guidance and resolution while delivering an excellent service experience.\nOnboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, communications, and logistical arrangements.\nEmployee Lifecycle Administration: Manage and process employee changes such as job movements, leave requests, absences, and other HR transactions within HR systems.\nHR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are completed according to established workflows and compliance requirements.\nPolicy Guidance: Provide support and guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures, escalating complex matters when appropriate.\nEmployee Relations Support: Assist with employee relations documentation and support case coordination activities.\nHR Initiatives & Process Execution: Support the local implementation of global and business unit HR processes, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.\nWho You Are\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\n2-3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or HR coordination roles.\nExperience working with HR systems and employee data management, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.\nCustomer-focused professional with strong organizational skills, confidentiality, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to work.\nFluent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
