If this is you, we'd love to talk.\nAbout the Role\nThe Procurement Administrator validates supplier request and supplier registration questionnaires, validates and distributes PRs, creates and follows up on POs as well as processes tickets / issues for the responsible geographies and locations.\nWhat You Will Do\nManage supplier creation, registration, and master data maintenance.\nValidate supplier requests and registration questionnaires.\nMaintain procurement data, including price lists and Source-to-Pay information.\nReview and distribute PRs, ensuring compliance with procurement processes and established buying channels.\nSupport requisitioners in correcting PRs and identifying existing contracts or catalogues.\nCreate and manage POs in SAP/4HANA and Ariba.\nFollow up on PO confirmations, overdue orders, and goods/services receipts.\nResolve procurement-related tickets and escalate issues when required.\nCollaborate with Buyers, requisitioners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and provide end-user guidance as needed.\nWho You Are\nDegree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.\nPrevious experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Source-to-Pay, or a similar role is preferred.\nExperience with SAP /4HANA and/or Ariba is an advantage.\nStrong communication,
