Additionally, it contributes to the harmonization and standardization of processes at the regional level, strengthening the Procurement function's ability to generate sustainable value, improve operational performance, and accelerate the transition toward more agile and digital ways of working.\nWhat You Will Do\nAnalyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end procurement processes to maximize efficiency and reduce operational complexity.\n\nLead automation and digital transformation initiatives through the implementation of RPA, artificial intelligence, and other technology-driven solutions.\n\nEvaluate suppliers, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to identify improvement opportunities and create competitive advantages.\n\nEstablish standards and best practices to drive process harmonization across countries and regions.\n\nCollaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT teams to ensure the effective implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement based on data analysis, performance metrics, and structured optimization methodologies.\n\nWho You Are\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nStrong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications and technologies.\n\nAdvanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Python, and SAP.\n\nFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nExperience using Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.\n\nFinancial acumen is considered a plus.\n\nWhat We Can Offer You\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
