You will work closely with Global Category Managers, Buyers, Supplier Quality teams and business leaders to ensure procurement activities support both operational needs and strategic priorities.\nYou will play an important role in strengthening supplier relationships, managing risks, supporting sustainability initiatives and driving procurement excellence across the site.\nThis role requires you to divide your time at our manufacturing sites in Falkenberg, Mölnlycke and Lilla Edet. Preferably you are located in Falkenberg, Lilla Edet or Göteborg.\nCheck out our film: https://youtu.be/Hs-9sVrdA-k?si=khWsHw6aNxYa84CO\nWhat You Will Do\nAs our Procurement Business Partner, you will:\nAct as the main procurement contact for local stakeholders and manufacturing operations.\nBuild strong partnerships across the business and ensure procurement is represented in local planning and decision-making.\nCollaborate with Global Category Managers and Buyers to support sourcing strategies and procurement initiatives.\nEnsure effective implementation of global and regional supplier agreements at site level.\nSupport supplier onboarding, contract communication and user enablement activities.\nDrive stakeholder satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.\nProvide procurement expertise and challenge demand to identify efficiencies and value-creation opportunities.\nAct as the first point of escalation for procurement-related matters, including supplier performance and quality issues.\nSupport cross-functional projects by providing local business and operational insights.\nIdentify procurement risks and work with Procurement, Sustainability and Supplier Quality teams to develop mitigation plans.\nPromote responsible sourcing practices and ensure sustainability considerations are integrated into local business activities.\nRepresent Global Procurement in audits, supplier reviews and site visits.\nContribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems, reporting and performance measurement.\nWho You Are\nYou are a collaborative and business-minded professional who enjoys working across multiple functions and building trust with stakeholders at all levels.
