Preferred location is any corporate office or Professional Hygiene Manufacturing location in North America.\nThe ideal candidate should/could live in Appleton, WI area. Candidates could also be near another main Essity facility but the preference is Appleton, WI\nWe're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we'd love to talk. \nWhat You Will Do\nPrepare detailed planning of the production sequence on article level at day/shift level considering the short-term available resources;\nDaily revision of the short-term planning and all adjustments on the system if needed (0-3 weeks scope);\nPropose and create supply scenarios together with local Manufacturing and market counterparts;\nManage expected and unexpected changes in the plan, under time constraints and with limited information;\nDaily liaison with midterm planners to share site intelligence and changes from previous day;\nSecure capacity to produce by also participating in the Raw Materials short term activity;\nAnticipate typical production trends and suggest new approaches for increasing efficiency and reducing waste/scrap;\nReview historical business performance in scheduling to identify specific benefits for streamlining or improving the scheduling process;\nReport efficiency and adherence to the plan in order to contribute to improve production planning effectiveness;\nPrepare the following weeks planning information and present at the weekly planning meeting with manufacturing including midterm planners.\nWho You Are\nBachelor's degree in supply chain or related discipline or non-degreed person with planning experience in a manufacturing environment required;\nBasic Excel skill required, SAP experience helpful;\nStrong organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills required.\nAbout Our DEI Culture\nGuided by our Beliefs & Behavior, our culture is the foundation that connects our history with our future.
