If you want to learn and grow in a collaborative environment where your skills are challenged, but you’re always supported, we would love to connect.\nWhat You Will Do\nBe accountable for meeting all or most assigned Quality Engineering deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nEnsure the quality of products produced is consistent with established quality standards.\nEnsure the Quality Unit operates efficiently by assessing current processes and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve them.\nDevelop standards for quality measurements in the laboratory and on production lines.\nDevelop tools and capabilities to ensure effective monitoring of processes and products, and train RST members, Quality personnel, and Operations teams on quality-related topics such as product specifications, quality checks, SPC, and validation routines.\nSupport RST members and technical teams in evaluating and implementing improvements related to quality issues.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and ensure effective communication through meetings and structured communication tools.\nEnsure the timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations, ongoing investigations, and other nonconformance investigations.\nSupport quality-related product development projects, both internal and external.\nCreate and present reports to management and other internal groups.
