If you want to learn and grow in a collaborative environment where your skills are challenged, but you’re always supported, we would love to connect.\nWhat You Will Do\nAn Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.\nIs a Role Model for Safety and supports the safety improvements \nAssures legal compliance in quality matters. \nDevelops standards for Quality measurements in Laboratory and on the Lines. \nSecures the availability and the right implementation of standard documentation.\nKeeps the specifications for material and product / article specifications updated. \nDevelops the capabilities tools to assure the right follow up of processes and products and trains RST, quality department and operation crews regarding quality subjects e.g. product specification, quality checks, SPC, validation routines etc. \nSupports continuous improvement following Daily Direction Setting (DDS) zero loss flowchart or/and SGA/FI in line with Business Needs. \nReports consumer complaints and Quality KPI’s to Site, Unit and more specific to Production Lines. \nPerform supplier qualification and monitoring activities and maintenance of the Approved Supplier List (ASL).\nSupports the Process Engineers and Technical Team in the impact on improvements in Quality issues. \nEnsures effective communication and participates in Daily & Weekly Operational Meetings (DOMs & WOMs).\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\nWho You Are\nBachelor’s degree in quality management, business, engineering, or related field.\n3+ years of relevant experience (Manufacturing/Assembly Engineering, Ops, Engr, Quality).\nManufacturing experience strongly preferred.\nExperience performing internal and external audits, including supplier and vendor audits.\nExperience working in a regulated industry such as ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485 preferred.\nExperience in document control and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).\nDemonstrated ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.\nExperience in root cause analysis for recurring quality issues.\nCertified Quality Manager (CQM), Six Sigma Black Belt, or ASQ certifications a plus.\nProficiency in statistics, data analytics, DOE, and multivariate statistics.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate and advocate.\nTravel requirement: 10%\nWhat We Can Offer You\nAt Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nExpected Compensation\n$66,990 - $95,700annual salary range + annual incentive bonus + benefits\nPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.\nAlong with competitive pay you will be eligible for the following benefits:\nUnited Healthcare PPO / EyeMed Vision Insurance / Delta Dental Insurance\nWellness program provided through Rally\nHealthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)\n401(k) with employer match and annual employer base contribution\nCompany paid Basic Life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance\nPTO offering with Paid Holidays\nScholarship program for children of Essity employees. \nAdditional Information\nThe Company is committed to equalemployment opportunity and providingreasonable accommodations to qualifiedcandidates and employees pursuant toapplicable law.
