Tu contribución será fundamental para garantizar el cumplimiento legal y la continuidad operativa del negocio.\nLo Que Harás\nGestión regulatoria: Tramitar y dar seguimiento a permisos, licencias y autorizaciones gubernamentales.\nCumplimiento legal: Asegurar el apego a la normativa aplicable en proyectos y operaciones.\nRelación institucional: Mantener comunicación con autoridades y organismos relacionados.\nDocumentación: Integrar, controlar y actualizar expedientes regulatorios.\nSeguimiento de proyectos: Identificar riesgos regulatorios y proponer acciones preventivas.\nCoordinación interna: Colaborar con áreas legales, operativas y de proyectos.\nMonitoreo normativo: Dar seguimiento a cambios legislativos que puedan impactar al negocio.\n\n¿Quién Eres?\nLicenciatura en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.\nMínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de permisos, cumplimiento regulatorio o asuntos gubernamentales para proyectos industriales, manufactureros o de construcción.\nConocimiento sólido de normatividad ambiental, construcción, desarrollo urbano, protección civil y seguridad industrial en México.\nExperiencia en gestión de trámites ante dependencias gubernamentales de nivel municipal, estatal y federal.\nConocimiento de procesos de regularización de terrenos y legislación aplicable.\nHabilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y procesos regulatorios simultáneamente.\nExcelentes capacidades de negociación, organización y comunicación.\nEnfoque estratégico para la resolución de problemas y administración de riesgos regulatorios.\nInglés intermedio-avanzado deseable.\n¿Qué te ofrecemos?\nOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
