If this is you, we’d love to talk.\nWhat You Will Do\nAn Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.\nManage the daily replenishment of all Internal Distribution Centers (IDCs) (for finished goods and merchandise) via APO system covering Transport Load Builder (TLB) Demand, respecting lead times and managing incidences. \nCreate/use the Information-to-Market (ITM) list and collaborate with others to take actions and ensure maximum fulfilment of all customer orders. \nManage co-packing activities. \nManage interface with outsourcing partners for external warehousing and transports with Warehouse Excellence (WHEx). \nContribute to the fulfilment of KPIs set for Replenishment Planning (e.g. service level root cause analysis (RCA), order completeness, TLB coverage). \nEmbedding Planning Excellence (PLEx) tools and processes into the way of working and be a champion of continuous improvement by identifying when system does not deliver expected results to drive proper RCA process. \nContribute to the quarterly safety stock review. \nProvide information and supports when needed to phase-in-phase-out (PIPO) activities and projects. \nMay work with customs clearing. \nWho You Are\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. \nMin. 3 years of experience in Supply Chain \nStrong analytical, problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making approach. \nContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency. \nEffective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
